A popular restaurant I joined the remote waitlist for via Tabling at noon, only to finally get in at 2:15 PM. I ordered the kal-mandu-guk and bibim-guksu set, and it was delicious. The mild, understated dumplings, the sweet and spicy bibim-guksu, and the soul-warming kal-mandu-guk broth were all outstanding. Next time, I’ll have to try the mandu jeongol.
